Dr. Steve Vito
In 1973, I graduated from The University of Iowa, College of Dentistry.  For 14 years I practiced in Davenport, Iowa before moving to the beautiful Vail Valley.  I have been a respected general dentist in the valley since 1987.  I have completed post- graduate training at the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies in Nevada.  It has been a rewarding and educational experience completing several of the aesthetics programs under the world renowned Dr. William Dickerson, a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. 

My commitment to excellence is emphasized by only the best restorations and care possible.  I have many hobbies, which include, uni-cycling, painting, creating my own music, kayaking, and spending time with my wife, Cathy, our Jack Russell Terrier, Gracie and our two cats, Chloe and Zoey.

Catherine Vito
My name is Cathy and I am Dr. Vito’s dental assistant as well as his wife.  I have been an experienced dental assistant with emphasis on advanced cosmetic dentistry since 1976.  Our goal is to always provide our patients with excellent dentistry while creating an atmosphere of comfort and confidence.  I am a graduate of the Las Vegas Institute for Dental Studies and understand that dental health and appearance are extremely important to our patients. Our team places emphasis on continuing education and high quality dental care.

In my spare time, I volunteer as a Vail Valley Pet Partner through Delta Society with my Jack Russell Terrier Therapy Dog, “Gracie” at the Vail Valley Medical Center, brightening people’s day and creating smiles. I also enjoy spending time doing most outdoor activities and relaxing with my husband, Steve and our two cats, Chloe and Zoey.

Melinda Jensen, B.S., R.D.H.
Hello, my name is Melinda.  I have lived in the Vail Valley since 1996 and graduated from Colorado University School of Dentistry in 1998 with a bachelor degree in dental hygiene. Even after 26 years of experience in dentistry, I continue to progress in my field, reaching the highest level of continued education.  I graduated from the Las Vegas Institute for Dental Studies in 2000 with Dr. Vito and his team members. We all desire to make your dental experience and environment as relaxing as possible while providing you with quality care through advanced technology.

I love mountain biking, skiing, hiking and spending time with my husband, Dale and our two cats, Taz and Scooter along with Kava, our Labradoodle.

Ramona Naughton, B.S., R.D.H.
Hello, my name is Mona.  I graduated from Southern Illinois University with an associate’s degree in dental hygiene and a bachelor’s degree in health education.  I have lived in the Vail Valley since 1986 and have been in dentistry for the past 23 years.  I attended the Las Vegas Institute for Dental Studies in 2000 with Dr. Vito and his team members. In my free time, I enjoy skiing, hiking and biking with my boyfriend, Bob, as well as traveling.

Anna Marie Slagle
My name is Anna and I graduated from The Colorado School of Dental Assisting in May of 2002. I have been in the dental field since 1998 and find the profession very rewarding. Before dentistry, my previous experience was predominantly in the medical field.

I enjoy working with Dr.Vito and his team. We desire not only to give our patients the optimum care they deserve, but with a gentle touch as well. I can attest to Dr. Vito’s work as he gave me a smile that I had desired for years and now have; all thanks to his expertise in full mouth cosmetic dentistry. You will be fully satisfied with the quality of treatment you receive here in our office.

I have many interests which include: singing, dancing, performing with our local theatre company, outdoor activities, sketching, reading and watching a good movie. I have four children, Marie, Daniel, Bryan and Ranae and 3 grandsons: Tandin, Jeremiah and Micah.

We believe in giving each guest advanced dentistry with gentle, personalized attention; this, along with Dr. Vito’s years of experience,  provides the quality services patients deserve with a smile they truly love. We offer a service that changes people’s lives and in doing so, we change our own.
